Director Wang Zhihua Visits Chuangmao Headquarters and Experiences Anno Robot
On August 21, Mr. Wang Zhihua, Director-General of the Department of Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Commerce, led a delegation to Chuangmao Group’s Shenzhen headquarters for inspection and guidance. Accompanied by Chuangmao Group’s CEO, Mr. Pu Jingchao, the delegation learned about the company’s progress in digital trade services before moving on to one of the day’s highlights: the visit to Anno Robots, a leading innovator in AI-driven Unmanned RetAIl Solutions.

During the visit, Director Wang personally experienced two flagship products: the robotic ice cream kiosk, which prepares and serves ice cream with precision and speed, and the AI-powered latte art coffee robot, capable of creating intricate foam designs on freshly brewed lattes. He praised the robots highly, noting that they vividly demonstrate how artificial intelligence and robotics can enhance both efficiency and customer engagement. He remarked that these innovations not only solve operational challenges such as labor shortages but also help elevate Chinese brands by showcasing advanced technology on the international stage.
