2025-05-30

The 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair opened in grand fashion on May 22. Among the most captivating highlights was the Bao’an Pavilion, which showcased the perfect blend of artistic charm and technological innovation—an immersive exhibition of “Culture + Tech” in action.

As Shenzhen’s hub of smart manufacturing, Bao’an has successfully infused its industrial base with cultural creativity. This was clearly demonstrated through a series of high-tech yet art-inspired displays that resonated with visitors.

One standout attraction came from Hogo Technology, whose two robotic dogs dressed in vibrant lion dance costumes stole the spotlight. These adorable steel companions performed traditional New Year greeting moves like head-shaking, tail-wagging, and leaping with astonishing agility. Beyond their cuteness, they impressed with advanced movement abilities including running, climbing, patrolling, and voice interaction.

Another visual marvel was the “Cat Café” Dome Display powered by Unilumin’s Unatural LED screen. The lifelike rendering of feline fur, stretching, yawning, and playful paw movements mesmerized audiences. With over 16 micro-optical structures and customizable textures, the screen seamlessly integrated into the dome architecture, delivering an immersive experience with minimal reflection and high brightness.

Visitors needing a break from the visual feast found solace at the Anno Robot AI Coffee Bar. Making its debut at the Cultural Expo, this fully-enclosed single-arm Ai Coffee Robot created barista-grade drinks with precision and flair. Users could select a drink, choose a latte art pattern, and watch as a robotic arm brewed and printed custom coffee in just 90 seconds.

“We’ve received an overwhelming number of orders, especially from overseas clients,” said Miss Wang, Anno Robot’s Marketing Director. “Compared to traditional dual-arm models, our design is over $10,000 more cost-effective and supports fully unmanned operation.”

The Bao’an Pavilion proved that when culture and AI technology come together, the results are inspiring, efficient, and deeply engaging—a true reflection of Bao’an’s evolving identity.
