● Core components typically have a lifespan of 5-7 years under normal use (excluding human-caused damage). 90% of issues can be resolved remotely, and any worn-out components will be shipped before the machine leaves the factory.

Does the RobotAnno coffee machine require any special certifications?

Yes, our machines are CE and FCC certified and can be shipped to various countries. For the United States and Canada, NSF certification is required.

What is the production cycle for the machines?

The production cycle for standard models is 20-30 working days, including metal processing, structural assembly, electrical assembly, program debugging, equipment testing, and packaging.

How often does it need to be refilled?

One refill makes about 150-200 medium cups. The frequency of refilling the materials will also depend on your sales situaiton.
